Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as ABA Technicians in Dedham, MA. If you have a strong interest in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and enjoy working directly with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment goals and strategies.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families to promote skill development and behavior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
