Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join one of our clients in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a high-volume AP environment and is available to start immediately. This is a contract to hire opportunity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.

  • Perform three-way match (purchase order, receiving report, and invoice) to ensure accuracy.

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.

  • Assist with month-end closing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of AP experience in a high-volume setting.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
