Location: Salt Lake City, Utah or Phoenix, Arizona

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of prospects, assisting with onboarding activities, setting up deposit accounts, and performing administrative tasks related to client identification and verification (IDV). You'll also play a pivotal role in guiding prospects as they transition to becoming valued clients, ensuring a seamless experience at every touchpoint. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and is resourceful in delivering timely solutions for client operational and banking transaction inquiries.

What You’ll Do:

Act as the first point of contact for prospect inquiries, providing support on onboarding, operational issues, and technical requests.
Manage an assigned portfolio of prospects and deliver tailored, consultative guidance to address their financial needs.
Assist with opening deposit accounts and managing onboarding tasks, implementing tickets, and performing admin IDV tasks with high accuracy.
Maintain strong communication with internal teams, including field relationship advisors and relationship managers, to ensure consistent support.
Serve as the email coordinator, managing client-facing email communications, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Utilize your problem-solving skills to research and resolve complex client inquiries with professionalism.
Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering positive interactions and maintaining thorough, organized communication across multiple channels (phone, video conferencing, email).

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to ensure high accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time to meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
Adept at learning and adhering to complex regulatory requirements and corporate procedures.
Confident handling challenging conversations with clients in a professional manner.
Prior experience in a client-facing, consultative role involving communication through phone, video, and email.
