Join Our Team as a Speech Language Pathologist in North East, MD

Calling on Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a rewarding contract assignment in North East, MD

Soliant has partnered with a prominent school district and is seeking part- and full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologists to support elementary and junior high schools. Additional details regarding the District and specific school assignments will be provided during direct interviews with school administrators, following a successful phone screening with Soliant representatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munication Disorders
  • Maryland Speech-Language Pathology License

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students referred for possible speech and language needs.
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings to determine student eligibility.
  • Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for students with identified speech and language disorders.
  • Develop individualized education plans and present them to parents, school administrators, and others involved in student evaluations.
  • Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators on speech and language concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload.
  • Provide progress reports to parents.
  • Organize student caseload and develop a schedule for each assigned school.
  • Develop resource materials for use in speech and language development.
