Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced distribution center. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders using RF gun technology, preparing shipments, and ensuring the timely replenishment of pick areas. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities
  • Use RF gun technology to pick orders, pack orders, and prepare them for shipment.
  • Drive stock chaser to pick locations and place items in the order tote.
  • Walk aisles to pick small items and place them into the tote.
  • Print corresponding slips, seal boxes, label them, and place them on the conveyor for shipment.
  • Receive inbound items and ensure pick areas are replenished for pickers.
  • Operate dock stocker, cherry picker, and reach truck.
  • Attend daily team meetings for area/department assignments.
  • Maintain a fast-paced, production/metric-based workflow.
  • Walk 10,000 to 15,000 steps daily while performing picking tasks.
Essential Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced picking and packing environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed.
  • Good attendance history.
  • Experience with RF gun technology.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment (reach truck, forklift, stock chaser, EPJ).
  • Ability to perform manual tasks such as bending, squatting, walking, lifting, and moving throughout the day.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the last few years.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly growing and organized warehouse environment.
Shift & Pay
  • 1st shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, with occasional mandatory overtime
  • $21.34

Work Environment

Our warehouse is a clean and organized 1.2 million sq. ft. facility, one of seven regional distribution centers. Employees will primarily ride stock chasers but will also walk aisles resembling grocery aisles to pick orders. Dress code includes steel toe boots or shoes, work pants or jeans (no sweats), and casual tops without vulgar or branded graphics

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
