Job Description:
We are seeking two experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide school-based services. The positions are to cover temporary absences, with one assignment ending on October 31, 2024, and the other potentially extending through the end of the school year on June 13, 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Behavioral Assessment and Analysis: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) for students.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement and monitor behavior plans.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies and interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is required.

Contract Details:

  • Start Date: August 20, 2024
  • End Dates:
    • Position 1: October 31, 2024
    • Position 2: June 13, 2025
  • Employment Type: Contract, with full-time hours.
