Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a career-oriented Part-Time (10 hours a week) Office Service Associate to serve as a reliable floater, supporting various office operations and ensuring seamless workflows. This role is perfect for someone seeking to build a career in office administration, with exposure to multiple functions and tasks across departments. The ideal candidate will bring flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Provide support across various departments as needed, stepping in to cover gaps or assist with high-priority tasks.
Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Assist with organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
Help maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability for day-to-day operations.
Support front desk operations, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, or presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments.
Perform other administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
