About the Role

 

As the Resort Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to attract new members while fostering strong relationships with existing members. You will be an integral part of the management team, creating engaging events, connecting members, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive membership growth by meeting annual net membership targets.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and current members, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences.
  • Partner with leadership to create an engaging calendar of events that highlights the resort’s amenities and fosters member participation.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed member profiles using membership management software.
  • Conduct thorough onboarding for new members, ensuring a seamless transition and full orientation of club services.
  • Regularly communicate with leadership to report membership activities, feedback, and retention insights.

  • A proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in hospitality or club membership.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Creativity and initiative to develop marketing campaigns and community engagement strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience with membership management systems is a plus.
