We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join our team at a leading food manufacturing facility. If you have a strong background in logistics, excellent leadership skills, and are fluent in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:


Oversee all shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.


Supervise and train staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.


Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.


Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and receiving reports.


Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.


Implement and improve processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.



Work Experience

Qualifications:


Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.


Strong leadership and supervisory skills.


Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


High school diploma or equivalent.

Logistics management


Team leadership and training


Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


Problem-solving and decision-making


Attention to detail and accuracy
