The Sales Support Supervisor role is an important leader within our operations team. This person is responsible for calculating, tracking and reporting on all aspects of sales commissions and communicating those payouts to the payroll team. The position also oversees a small day-to-day operations team that reviews and submits merchant applications and performs maintenance requests on the merchant portfolio.

· Performs Quality reporting on various data points including commission payouts and trends, bonuses, residuals and sales achievements.

· Leads complex problem solving, identifying and implementing solutions for merchant compatibility within business rules and thresholds.

· This position requires a keen attention to detail, ability to accept change while keeping those changes organized and documented for reporting purposes.

Basic Qualifications (BQs)

Education and Experience: High School/GED and 3 years of related experience

Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

Bachelors degree plus 3 years of related experience

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
