ESL Teacher

ProCare Therapy is currently searching for a compassionate and qualified ESL Teacher to join one of our trusted school districts situated in the welcoming commmunity of Berwyn, IL.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of language acquisition, experience in teaching English as a second language, and a deep commitment to creating a nurturing learning environment.

Description

  • Full time
  • M-F
  • Full 24/25 school year
  • Middle school caseload
  • Must speak spanish - will be teaching students who speak spanish

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education andthen a Master'sdegree in Special Education or Teaching Students with Special Needs
  • Active state Licensure with ESL endorsement
  • Active state Certification
  • PEL
  • Experience working with severe needs/self-contained settings
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check

Interview Process

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 30 mins-1 hrvirtual/in-person interview with school district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
