Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed In Port Orchard, WA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Port Orchard, WA. This is a full-time, contract position providing vital services to students in a school setting. As an SLP with ProCare Therapy, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver high-quality speech and language therapy.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech and language development.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
