**Job Overview:**
We're seeking a qualified School Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at an exceptional school district in Tacoma, WA. As a member of our staff, you'll have the opportunity to work with students from Pre-K to 18-22 year olds, delivering high-quality speech and language services that promote academic and social success.
**Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized speech and language therapy sessions to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized education plans
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and track student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives

**Qualifications:**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
• At least 1 year of verifiable experience as a School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in the state of practice
• Ability to work legally in the United States
**Estimated Salary Range:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year (based on 37.5 hours/week and 52 weeks/year)
