Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary: Seeking an Aircraft Tech II to perform complex aircraft inspections, repairs, and modifications, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate with 2 years of aviation maintenance experience, or 4 years of aviation maintenance experience including 2 years on mid/large size aircraft

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Working knowledge of FAA regulations, process specifications, Repair Station and Quality Control manuals

Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex aircraft inspections, repairs, and modifications with minimal supervision

  • Coordinate with MTL, STM, and Inspection Department for compliance with internal and FAA requirements

  • Complete CMP cards, work order sign-offs, and other paperwork accurately and timely

  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications

  • Operate ground support equipment following standard procedures

  • Assist with aircraft movement in hangar and ramp areas

  • Provide training to less experienced technicians

  • Protect customer property and properly dispose of waste materials

  • Apply Lean/continuous improvement processes to all areas of responsibility

  • Use material tracking system for parts demand creation, squawk tracking, sign-offs, and labor charging

  • Support aircraft certification and final phase testing including flight tests as required



Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
