Our client supports the healthcare industry and participates in a wide range of market segments such as catheters, minimally invasive, diagnostics, fluid management, and packaging. We are expanding our extrusion lines and are looking for dedicated Machine Operators to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor extrusion machinery
  • Perform mechanical assembly and quality checks
  • Ensure detailed documentation of production processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team for equipment upkeep
Essential Skills
  • 6 months of mechanical skills including mechanical assembly, quality, manufacturing, or operating experience
  • Ability to work and stand on feet for 8+ hours a day
  • Reliable transportation
  • Fluent in reading and writing in English
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Enjoy working with hands
  • Detail-oriented and takes initiative to learn
  • Ability to work reliably as missing work directly impacts production

Hours

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6 am to 6 pm

OR

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6 pm to 6 am (with a $1.75/hr differential)

(Employees work 36 hours and get paid for 40)
