Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colorado. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and processing payroll records and reports for accounting of salary/wages due, accruals, deductions, and other payroll functions. This role will require a high level of proficiency in using various accounting software systems and a deep understanding of payroll and benefit functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation, distribution, and reporting processes for payroll.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
• Use accounting software systems to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for various payroll functions.
• Manage 401k - RRSP Administration and other benefit functions.
• Apply knowledge of Crystal Reports to generate reports for management.
• Use Ceridian for HR and payroll processing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems.
• Knowledge and experience with ADP - Financial Services.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now.
• Proficiency in using Ceridian for payroll administration.
• Ability to generate and interpret Crystal Reports.
• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration.
• Familiarity with About Time software.
• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions.
• Experience in Auditing.
• Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions.
