Are you passionate about working with students with disabilities and inspring them to reach for the stars?ProCare Therapy is actively searching for a skilled and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join one of our trusted school districts locatedin the beautiful community of Moody, Alabama.The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering individualized instruction, developing and implementing comprehensive individualized education plans (IEPs), and managing classroom behavior effectively.

Job Description
- Full time
- M-F
- ASAP - May 23, 2025
- 5th and 6th grade caseload
- Resource push-in/pull-out
- Social emotional skills
- IEP Program: power school, re-evaluations always needed
- In-person
- More details to be discussed upon interview
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or higher
- Active state License
- Active state Certification
- Proficient in Case Management
- Able to develop and implement IEPs while coordinating with internal departments
- Experience working with students with multiple disabilities
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Interview Process
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
- 30 mins-1 hrvirtual/in-person interview with school district
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
