Job Description
As a 3rd Shift Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating the blending machine to dispense powder into bags, palletizing bags for shipment, and ensuring the quality of the product through visual inspection. This role involves lifting 50+ lbs throughout the day, performing simple math calculations, and ensuring the accurate weight of bags using a scale.
Responsibilities- Operate the blending machine to dispense powder into bags.
- Palletize bags for shipment continuously.
- Lift and stack 50+ lbs bags of product throughout the day.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality meets standards.
- Weigh bags on a scale to ensure the correct amount is dispensed.
- Perform simple math calculations (adding, subtracting, division, and multiplication).
- Experience in packaging, food manufacturing, and general labor.
- Forklift operation experience or willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform simple math calculations.
- At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Prior forklift experience is a plus.

Work EnvironmentYou will be working in an open production environment and will need to wear a hair net, steel-toed boots, and gloves (boots are not provided). The work involves standing, bending, lifting, and moving 50 lbs bags of product throughout the day. You will work in a blending room with 1-2 other people, operating machinery to fill and seal bags, and ensuring the finished product meets quality standards. The work is repetitive and requires physical endurance.
