Why This Role Stands Out:
Position: Full-Time BCBA
Location: Issaquah, WA
Hours: 35-37.5 Hours Per Week
Start Date: ASAP
End Date:June 18th, 2025
Requirements: Must be Board Certified

Your Pioneering Responsibilities:
- Virtual Collaboration: Partner with another BCBA in a virtual setting to support a diverse group of students across various districts.
- Expert Consultation: Use your expertise to offer remote consultations to teachers, staff, paraeducators, and parents, ensuring optimal support for students.
- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct virtual Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Social Communication Impact Assessments (SCIAs) to tailor interventions for each student.
- Innovative Behavioral Plans: Develop and refine Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) through creative digital platforms to drive student success.
- Empowering Training: Provide virtual training for educators on implementing BIPs, fostering a supportive and inclusive online classroom environment.
- Creative Support Materials: Design and distribute digital social stories and visual aids to enhance students virtual learning experiences.
- Engaging Social Groups: Facilitate virtual Social Groups and Lunch Bunch Groups to promote social skills and positive interactions among students.
