Maintenance Engineering Manager

Our client is a leading components manufacturer. With a dedication to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, they strive to deliver excellence in every aspect of our operations. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate has 6+ years experience in a manufacturing setting at any level and 3+ years in a leadership role within Maintenance or Engineering. You must hold a Bachelor's Degree to be considered. Great compensation package of $130-155K/year plus bonus eligible and relocation assistance if applicable Apply now for immediate consideration
Responsibilities
- Manages the maintenance department to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment
- Manages the Total Preventative Maintenance to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines
- Responsible for people management: goal setting, performance management, competency development, etc.
- Manage & optimize maintenance costs including spare parts inventory
- Use SAP with prior experience knowledge
- Experience with press brakes, automation machinery and heavy stamping
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- manual lifting up to 35lbs
- standing for 6 hours at one time
