Job Description

As an Inspection Technician in our Post Coating Operations team, you will work in a cleanroom and lab, assisting with the quality inspection of catheters and other medical device products. You will spend the majority of your day using a microscope to inspect catheters for defects and ensure they meet specific criteria. Additional tasks include trimming products with cutting tools and assisting around the cleanroom as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Perform quality inspections of catheters and medical device products in a cleanroom and lab environment.
  • Use a microscope for the majority of the day to inspect catheters for defects and ensure they meet specific criteria.
  • Trim products with cutting tools as required.
  • Assist with various tasks around the cleanroom as needed.
Essential Skills
  • 1 year+ of medical assembly experience or related cleanroom experience.
  • 1 year+ of experience using a microscope (MUST have).
  • Manual dexterity.
  • High attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with cleanroom protocols.
  • Familiarity with medical devices and assembly procedures.
  • Ability to use hand tools effectively.
