Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00-24.00 hourly

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team If you have experience using Kronos (required) and experience with ADP (preferred), this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact with a growing company.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing payroll, verifying time data, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring employees are compensated accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do:
? Process weekly payroll using Kronos software
? Verify timekeeping data (hours worked, paid time off, overtime, etc.)
? Resolve payroll discrepancies and handle employee payroll inquiries
? Assist with payroll audits and compliance
? Maintain accurate records and files

What We’re Looking For:
? Must have at least 2 years of payroll experience
? Kronos experience is a must
? ADP experience is a plus
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
