Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This person will be a strong team player and be confident in leading a team.

Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior changes.
Collect and analyze data on client progress, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support clients' needs in various settings, including home and school environments.
Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers on behavior management strategies and best practices.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to client care and treatment outcomes.
Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health, special education, and relevant regulations.

Requirements
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Willingness to obtain VA license.
Ability and equipped to work remotely.
Strong team player and ability to lead.
A commitment to ethical practice in behavioral health services.
