Job Description

This candidate will work in a medical warehouse environment, collaborating with one or two other individuals. The role involves performing various duties due to the smaller team size, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Unload trucks and place items into stock areas.
  • Use forklifts to pull crates, pallets, and bins as needed.
  • Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking, location, and management.
  • Update and maintain the SAP system.
  • Build crates for shipments using hand and power tools.
  • Assist with material and supply replenishment.
  • Conduct audits, cycle counts, and inventory re-organizations.
  • Load trucks with outbound shipments.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with warehouse pick/pack operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar warehouse management systems (ERP, etc.).
  • Comfortable performing various tasks from unloading to receiving to forklift operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Skills in shipping and receiving, crate building, and inventory management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on feet for the entire shift.
  • Forklift experience is preferred but training will be provided.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in working with computers and SAP (or similar systems).

Work Environment

The position is based in a new facility built within the last 5 years, primarily in the warehouse. Occasionally, you may need to visit other parts of the building for material drop-off or retrieval. The environment is clean, not overly loud, and does not require hearing protection. You will be part of a smaller team, working closely with 1-2 other individuals. The warehouse is of a decent size, but you will be walking and on your feet throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
