Job Description

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic warehouse team As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in our operations by picking orders and ensuring efficient loading and unloading of trucks. This is a hands-on position that requires teamwork and physical stamina, perfect for those who enjoy staying active.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Picking: Efficiently pick orders from pick sheets to meet daily targets.
  • Loading & Unloading: Collaborate with a partner to load and unload trucks by hand, lifting garage sections weighing between 40 - 125 pounds.
  • General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized by performing tasks such as sweeping and taking out the garbage.
  • Heavy Lifting: Engage in significant lifting, including overhead and shoulder height, and utilize a ladder for various tasks.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs independently and up to 70 lbs with a partner.
  • Strong communication skills in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
  • A minimum of 3 months of relevant warehouse experience, including order picking and loading/unloading.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in material handling, shipping and receiving, packing, and inventory management is a plus
