Job Description

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will plan, schedule, and drive change, assisting both 2nd and 3rd shifts. This hands-on role involves working closely with technicians and other personnel to mentor, lead, and support the team.

This is a permanent, direct-hire position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chattanooga, TN.

Work Environment

Automotive manufacturing environment.

Pay: $75-$85k, depending on experience, PLUS overtime pay for any hours over 45 in a week.

Shift: preferably a mix between 2nd and 3rd, so you can support both shifts, but they could do a true 3rd shift, too, if necessary.

Schedule: Monday-Friday with OT on weekends as needed.

Weekly Hours: 50+. Hours vary, depending on production levels, but minimum of 50 each week and up to 60, maybe 65 on occasions.
