Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Needed in Tennessee

Join our team as a Behavior Coach, where youll support RTI2-B teams by conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), creating and monitoring behavior intervention plans (BIP), and providing essential training and support.

Job Details:

  • Position: Full-time, On-site
  • Caseload: Further details discussed in interviews.
  • Start:October 4th, 2024

Job Responsibilities

  • Qualifications:

    • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst or progress toward certification
    • 3-5 years of experience working with children with behavioral/emotional issues in a school setting
    • Preferred: Tennessee Teaching License with endorsement
  • Essential Duties:

    • Conduct classroom observations and lead team meetings
    • Provide behavior management training
    • Develop and implement BIPs using data-driven methods
    • Collaborate with Special Education staff for effective student transitions
  • Physical Requirements:

    • Must be physically active and able to move quickly for safety
    • Clear articulation and effective management of student behavior
    • Ability to handle typical environmental factors in educational settings

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Psychology/Special Education/Behavior Analysis
  • National Certificate in BCBA
  • School or pediatric experience preferred
  • Background check and drug screening required
