Job Title: Corporate M&A Partner
Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Corporate M&A Partner with a portable book of business (ideally, $500,000+) for a repeat firm client in Cleveland, Ohio. This firm values autonomy and an entrepreneurial spirit. You'll have the freedom to cultivate your book of business and take deals from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and integration.
- Represent clients in buy and sell-side transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate governance documents, including purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary documents.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on M&A strategies, market trends, and potential opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and closing complex M&A transactions.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
The firm will consider onboarding an Associate(s) along with the Partner.
Pay Details: $210,000.00 to $270,000.00 per year
