Responsibilities:

- Sales Maestro: Dive into sales data and craft winning strategies to boost revenue.
- Inventory Whiz: Keep our shelves stocked and our store looking fabulous with top-notch inventory management.
- Customer Hero: Deliver exceptional service, tackle customer concerns, and resolve issues like a pro.
- Communication Ace: Maintain stellar phone etiquette and communicate effectively with customers.
- Deal Negotiator: Score the best deals with vendors to keep our products and services top-notch.
- Compliance Guru: Conduct regular store checks to ensure we’re following all company policies and procedures.
- Security Expert: Manage cash handling and POS systems to keep our store secure and minimize losses.
- Opportunity Hunter: Spot and seize sales opportunities, from promotions to product demos.
- Policy Enforcer: Ensure compliance with all company policies, including safety, security, and sustainability.
- Collaborative Leader: Work with other store managers and the sales team to drive cross-selling and business growth.
- Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Budget Boss: Manage the store budget, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Corporate Player: Participate in corporate initiatives, such as sales and customer service training programs.
- Trendsetter: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform our strategies.
Requirements:
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills, with a knack for creating memorable experiences.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing team members.
- Experience with inventory management and cash handling systems.
- Sharp negotiation skills for securing the best deals with vendors.
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Experience with shift management and labor cost control.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and manage inventory levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
