Reputable growing company situated in Brooklyn, New York, looking to hire a skilled and dedicated Bookkeeper. Bookkeeper must have experience in QuickBooks and 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recording day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Conducting reconciliation of sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts at the end of each month.
  • Monitoring financial transactions and reports.
  • Processing accounts receivable and payable.
  • Utilizing QuickBooks to track and manage company's finances.
  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Must have experience with QuickBooks.
  • Bachelors Degree a plus.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
