Job Title: Compliance Specialist (Full time)

Location: Woodsville, NH (in-person)

Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is a community bank in New Hampshire that serves the financial needs of businesses and consumers in the area. Currently, we are looking for a Compliance Specialist. This is a Monday through Friday position located in our main branch in Woodsville, NH. The Compliance Specialist supports the bank-wide initiative to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and will assist with departmental tasks, which may include duties related to compliance, audits, fraud, risk, and vendor management.


Compliance Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Identify transactions requiring a Currency Transaction Report (CTR) and file CTR.
  • Reviews daily BSA/AML reports and alerts. Perform documented review of potential suspicious activity.
  • Assist with OFAC monitoring and review of potential matches.
  • Ensures Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes are followed and reviews documentation.
  • Review internal fraud reports (Fast Track) to identify if a BSA Case should be opened and SAR filing should be considered.
