Production Machine Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Production Machine Operator with experience in food production to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts, including weekends, and perform various duties in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor mixing machines.
- Bag products and palletize them for shipment.
- Perform inspection tasks to ensure quality standards are met.
- Utilize manual pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety and operational procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in food production is preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and be flexible with shift changes.
- Available to work weekends.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and performing basic math.
- Experience with running mixing machines.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights up to 30 feet.
- Good attitude and strong work ethic.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment involves rotating shifts, with 2-3 days scheduled during the week and every other weekend. Day shifts run from 4:30 am to 5:00 pm, and night shifts from 4:30 pm to 5:00 am. Candidates must be prepared to fill in as needed and work in confined spaces or at elevated heights.
