• Manage and maintain inventory for all assigned departments
• Ensure adequate supplies by placing timely orders
• Reconcile received shipments with the appropriate purchase orders or packing slips
• Allocate costs of purchases to the respective departments
• Minimize overstocking of expirable products by managing inventory effectively
• Interact with vendors and negotiate prices for orders
• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records
• Employ ERP solutions for efficient resource planning
• Follow budget processes during purchases
• Adhere to buying processes to ensure smooth operations.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
• Experience with Epicor is an essential prerequisite
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must
• Expertise in implementing ERP Solutions is necessary
• Working knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) would be beneficial
• Ability to use About Time software is desirable
• Understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a significant advantage
• Knowledge of Budget Processes is important
• Familiarity with Buying Processes is required
