Jamie Benway with Robert Half is in search of a Controller to be a part of our team based in Beaverton, Oregon. In this role, you will be tasked with managing financial systems and performing customer service responsibilities within the realm of accounting.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle customer credit applications
• Maintain precise records of customer credits
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account activity
• Use CRM systems to track customer interactions and transactions
• Utilize accounting software systems to manage financial data
• Generate reports using Crystal Reports to provide financial insights
• Perform duties related to ADP - Financial Services
• Oversee budget processes to ensure financial efficiency
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Comprehensive understanding of budgeting processes and financial regulations
• Solid grasp of financial and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in using financial software and databases
• Capability to oversee and manage all aspects of financial control
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
• Strong communication skills to effectively relay financial information to stakeholders
• Ability to identify financial risks and implement effective strategies
• High degree of detail-oriented ethics, integrity and confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
