Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Paraprofessional to support high school students in Prior Lake, MN for the 2024/2025 school year. This role involves working closely with high school students to assist with their educational and behavioral needs. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom for your convenience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic support and assistance to high school students
  • Help with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Support students with individualized education plans (IEPs) and other special needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance student learning and development
  • Assist with daily classroom activities and provide one-on-one support as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in education or related fields is a plus
  • Experience working with high school students preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
