Upscale Hospitality group is looking for a Front of House Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant / F&B operations.

 

Restaurant Manager Benefits and Qualifications:

·      2 years of experience in an upscale Full Service, Food and Beverage environment.

·      Strong management and communication skills.

·      Attention to detail / Good understanding of Quality service.

 

 

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

·      Oversee Front of the House daily operations, including reservations, event coordination and ensuring smooth and efficient service.

·      Manage all F&B services to guests / members.

·      Hiring, training and supervising the front-of-house staff.

·      Work closely with other members of the leadership team including Executive Chef, Bar Manager, Clubhouse Manager and F&B Manager.

·      Assist with large events when needed.

·      Ensure excellent guest service and lead by example.

·      Monitor reservations and coordinate the flow of service.

·      Assist with inventories, employee schedules and cost controls.
