Job Summary:

The Operations Associate is responsible for managing the receipt, inspection, storage, and shipment of aerospace components and materials. This role ensures that all incoming and outgoing shipments meet quality standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and are handled efficiently to support production schedules and customer demands.

Location: Ontario, CA
Rate: $18.00 Per hour
Schedule: M-F 7:30am - 4pm, open to working OT preferred

Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in the aerospace manufacturing industry.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, including international shipping and export compliance.
    • Proficiency with inventory management systems and P21 software.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications:
    • Forklift certification is a plus.
