Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a passion for skincare to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a proven track record in the skincare or beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a small team, consistently meeting sales targets, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential to effectively engage with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and execute targeted sales strategies to consistently exceed sales goals. Lead your team in expanding market share and enhancing customer reach.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four sales representatives, setting clear expectations, offering continuous support, and fostering a high-performance culture.

KPI & Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze key sales performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess team performance, identify areas for growth, and optimize sales processes for maximum productivity and profitability.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key accounts and partners to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to your team, ensuring they stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and best sales practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the skincare or beauty industry.
Demonstrated success in managing a sales team and consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and experience using CRM software to drive results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
