Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary: Seeking a Sr. HR Rep to leverage data, manage HR initiatives, and coach leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in complex investigations and organizational diagnostics

  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws

  • Experience in coaching and developing leaders

  • Ability to build relationships and influence

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 6+ years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in light industrial/warehouse environments

Responsibilities:

  • Assess site climate and implement HR initiatives to mitigate risks and improve performance

  • Manage performance improvement plans, grievances, claims, investigations, and terminations

  • Coach leaders on performance management, inclusion, change management

  • Use process improvement tools to align with business needs and streamline HR processes

 

 Pay: 30-38

Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria. Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
