Paralegal – Employment Law Focus (Hybrid)

Are you a skilled Paralegal with a strong grasp of accounting or statistical analysis? This confidential opportunity offers the chance to work with a top-tier firm specializing in employment law, particularly cases involving wage statements and complex litigation. This position is ideal for a paralegal with a drive for handling large data sets, creating financial models, and supporting attorneys in building compelling cases.

Position Highlights:

  • Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in Emeryville or Los Angeles office)
  • Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 (DOE)
  • Experience: 3+ years of paralegal experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets related to wage statement litigation
  • Assist with discovery documents and create detailed settlement models
  • Work closely with attorneys on fast-paced litigation cases, providing vital support for case strategy

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal experience in a law firm with a focus on accounting or statistical data
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, modeling)
  • Familiarity with settlement models or wage statement analysis
  • Background in employment law is a strong plus
