Job Title: Customer Sales & Service Representative-THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
Location: Kingsford, MI
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per Hour (Can go up to $21 when hired on permanently)
What’s the Job?
- Customer service role- taking calls from customers, making sales and occasionally going into the warehouse to assist in picking small orders. This team truly works as a team and everyone is expected to help out
- Provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.
- Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns.
- Sourcing parts.
- Assist in generating sales.
- Help in the stockroom as needed.
What’s Needed?
- Temp to perm opportunity and once hired on, opportunity to make commission $17/17.50 per hour and can go up to $21 once hired on. Good benefits as well.
- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Full time, temp to permanent for the right person.
- 6+ months customer service or inside sales experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
- Basic computer/Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR).
