Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are currently seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Buffalo, NY. Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available.
- Start Date: Immediate.
- End Date: Through the current school year, with potential for renewal.
- Location: Buffalo, NY
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students to identify their needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students, either one-on-one or in small groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students communication goals across settings.
- Track student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet their evolving needs.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of speech and language goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations regarding speech therapy services.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New York (or eligibility).
- Experience working in a school or pediatric setting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of speech and language disorders and effective therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
