1st Shift: 7a-4p M-F

Pay: $40-$50/hr

Job Description
  • Set up Mitsubishi EDM machines
  • Make program edits with GibbsCAM and ESPRIT software
  • Perform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Work off of various blueprints
  • Handle the full process including operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain quality standards through in-process inspection of parts and monitoring of processes
  • Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to the supervisor

Hard Skills
  • 5+ years of EDM wire or sinker experience
  • Proficiency in GibbsCAM and ESPRIT software
  • G & M code fluency and ability to edit programs
  • High level of blueprint reading
