  • We are hiring immediately for full time DINING ROOM CAPTAIN positions.
  • Location: Camber - 460 Forbes Boulevard, South San Francisco, CA 94080 Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: ServSafe and RBS certifications are required. Prior experience in formal restaurant dining room and server roles is required.
  • Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $22.00

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
  • Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
  • Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
  • Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
