We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at a manufacturing plant in Fresno, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between the production team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
Process customer orders and follow up on delivery timelines.
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to address customer concerns.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating to management as necessary.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
