We are currently seeking a dedicatedRegistered Behavior Therapist (RBT)to join our team and make a difference in the lives of students in Beverly, MA.
Position Overview:
As anRBTwith ProCare Therapy, youll work in a supportive school setting, providing direct behavioral support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental challenges. This role requires a collaborative and compassionate professional who can implement individualized intervention plans and track student progress effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA-based therapy as outlined by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Monitor and document student progress through consistent data collection and reporting.
- Foster skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with all school and ProCare Therapy policies.
Qualifications:
- ActiveRBT certificationthrough the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred).
- Experience working with children or adolescents in a therapeutic or educational setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
