Job Posting: Contact Center Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Fremont, MI
Pay: $13.80/hr
Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm, May require availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends (supporting a 24/7 engagement center)

Position Overview
As a Coordinator, Contact Center Customer Service, you will serve as the voice of the brand, engaging with consumers to respond to inquiries, complaints, and praise. You will be a key point of contact for consumers, offering exceptional customer service, expert advice, and personalized solutions to foster loyalty, drive sales, and promote brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus primarily on phone channels but remain flexible to support e-mail, live chat, SMS text, eCommerce, and ratings/reviews as needed.

  • Support all brands within the scope of this team, ensuring consistent service across all channels.

  • Foster consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service, providing expert advice, nutrition and product education, and tailored solutions.

  • Assist with eCommerce initiatives, including product transactions and troubleshooting.

  • Process quality incidents in accordance with industry standards.

  • Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce Engage OMNI to manage consumer data and interactions.

  • Handle consumer data privacy in compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Support a 24/7 engagement center, with the possibility of working during holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications / Certifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in computer systems and technology.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service experience.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
