Job Overview:

RPh on the Go is seeking a seasoned Director of Pharmacy, PIC to lead our mail order and specialty pharmacy operations in Indianapolis, IN. This 13+ week contract role offers the potential for direct hire. You will manage daily operations, enhance resource utilization, and improve customer service to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Streamline pharmacy workflows by creating and enforcing standardized procedures for consistent and efficient operations.
  • Resource Optimization: Strategically manage resources to boost prescription volume, enhance medication adherence, and improve patient outcomes.
  • Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with customers to elevate the patient experience and satisfaction.

Critical Success Factors:

  • Expertise in optimizing pharmacy operations and increasing efficiency.
  • Proven ability to manage resources effectively and grow prescription volume.
  • Strong customer service skills and relationship management.

Requirements:

  • PharmD degree.
  • 8 to 10 years of pharmacy experience.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with mail order is highly preferred.
  • Indiana Pharmacy License.
