About the Role:

Soliant Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based role in Sidney, MT. In this position, you will support a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in providing therapy services to students, aiding in their munication development and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the SLP with speech and language therapy sessions.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the SLP.
  • Track and document student progress, ensuring thorough and accurate records.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the SLP to facilitate student success.
  • Foster a supportive and engaging environment to help students improve their munication skills.
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or related field.
  • Valid SLPA license in Montana or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong munication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
