We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with experience in machine operation and manufacturing. The role involves the visual inspection of the final product, ensuring attention to quality and detail. Quality Inspectors will be responsible for loading large spools of cable, adjusting machines as needed, and following the daily production schedule. The position may require lifting up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of the final product to ensure quality and detail.
• Operate and adjust machines, including loading large spools of cable.
• Follow the production schedule each day.
• Work with high-speed equipment such as rewinders and wire formers.
• Handle and feed wire into machines at a rate of 1200-1500 feet per minute.
• Ensure the wire is coated in various colors and thicknesses as it passes through an extruder.

Skills

• Skills in inspection, quality control, visual inspection, and quality assurance.
• Ability to perform quality checks and ensure production standards are met.
• Experience with machine operation and manufacturing.
• Mechanical inclination and familiarity with hand and power tools.

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25
